Use of our Online Shop

We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18 in the United Kingdom. By using this web shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in your country of residence. For this reason, we may refuse an order at our discretion and orders may not be transferred from the customer to any other person. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order if all details required are not fully captured.

Payment

Payment can be made online through our Stripe our PayPal account by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB and Visa Electron.

Your payment details will be encrypted to maximise security. Authority will be requested at the time of payment at the checkout. Your account will be automatically be charged for your order once it has been acknowledged. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Badachro Distillery Limited reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value of the order to the cardholder.

Please note that all purchases are transacted via ‘Aird Hill’ and ‘Aird Hill’ or ‘Badachro Distillery’ may be the reference name on your statement.

Prices

All prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds). The prices are clearly set out in our website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any V.A.T payable, and exclusive of delivery costs. You will be advised of the delivery cost for your area at the time of the order being processed. We reserve the right to alter prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

All deliveries are sent by courier. For UK deliveries please allow 2-4 working days from clearance of funds. For all other European deliveries please allow 3-5 working days from the clearance of funds. For international deliveries please contact us for further information.

Delivery charges are calculated by destination and individual order quantities.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Stock Availability

All Badachro Distillery Limited products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to those ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 days of delivery. We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Badachro Distillery will refund accepted returns within 30 days of you notifying us about the return. The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Gift Vouchers

Our terms and conditions and policies apply to Gift Vouchers. These terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Vouchers available on our website at badachrodistillery.com

The use of gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.

Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our website or in person at our shop at The Badachro Distillery, as full or part payment of products. A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.

When ordering a Gift Voucher, ensure you enter the recipient’s email address correctly. Badachro Distillery Limited cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.

Website offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

You can check the balance of the Gift Voucher by logging into your account (please note, this only applies if you register for an account).

All Gift Voucher are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged, or part exchanged for cash.

Gift Voucher may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Certificate.

Where products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.

We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
