After our completely random find of this gem of a family run distillery and a tour with one of the owners, I fell in love with this whisky at first sniff. My biggest regret is not bringing more than one bottle back home. This is one of those fondest of vacation memories best served on special occasions

I’ve tried most of the range of whiskey except the rum infused which will be next. The Madeira cast is amazing with its complex structure that break down slowly as you sip , giving up a sweetness right at the end .
I definitely recommend this as one of my favorites.
