It really is a beautifully balanced single malt Scotch whisky which skilfully blends the purity of an un-peated Highland whisky with the depth and sweetness of fruity, first fill ex-ruby port casks and is particularly intense due to the cask strength bottling.
With only 30 bottles of this cask strength single malt produced from each Bad na h-Achlaise release, it is an extremely rare and collectable dram. Only available on our website and in our distillery shop.

Nose: sweet with jams, blackberries, vanilla, fresh sawn oak and currents
Pallet: complex with black and glazed red cherries, a hint of bitter chocolate and strawberry sherbets
Finish: lively with dried fig and lasting stewed red fruit & berries.
