Serve in a silver goblet or highball glass, and finish with frozen berries dusted in icing sugar for a snowy Highland finish.

Ingredients

• • 50ml Dancing Puffin Vodka
  • 50ml Cranberry Juice
  • 100mkl ginger beer
  • Cranberries / raspberries |(fresh or frozen)
  • 3-4 rosemary needles
  • Small pinch fresh thyme
  • Icing sugar

Method

Combine vodka, cranberry juice, thyme, & rosemary in a cocktail shaker containing ice, shake and strain into the glass. Add ginger beer and garnish with herbs, cranberries or raspberries and dust with icing sugar.
