This bright, fruity cocktail is a modern Highland twist on the classic Wallbanger, featuring our smooth Dancing Puffin Vodka, Aperol, grenadine and orange juice. Best served in a martini glass and garnished with a slice of orange and mint, it’s the perfect anytime treat.

Ingredients

• 50ml Dancing Puffin Vodka
• 50ml Aperol
• 25 ml Grenadine
• A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• 150ml orange juice
• Slice of orange and mint spring to garnish

Method

Mix the vodka, Aperol and grenadine in a shaker containing ice, shake and strain into a martini glass and top up with orange juice.
Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a sprig of mint
